1. Booking and Confirmation Procedures
Reservations are made through our official website. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message via email or phone.
Some reservations require a deposit to secure your unit, and the percentage will be specified during the booking process.

The remaining balance of the stay is to be paid according to the specific terms and conditions of each chalet.
We offer multiple secure payment options to ensure your comfort and the privacy of your financial data.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation: Please notify us of any cancellation requests before the specified deadline (each chalet has its own policy, which will be displayed during the booking process) to process your refund in accordance with our terms.
Modification: Booking dates can be modified subject to availability and in accordance with the specific policies of each chalet.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: Starts from 03:00 PM. A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon arrival
Check-out: The chalet must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to additional fees as determined by property management.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for maintaining the unit and its associated facilities. In the event of any damage, the guest shall be held legally and financially liable for any resulting costs.
Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of the residential complex or resort where the chalet is located.
