At SummerKeys, we deeply value your trust in choosing our platform for your holiday. We understand that plans can change, which is why we have established a fair and transparent cancellation policy to protect the rights of all parties.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via our official email or through the ‘My Bookings’ section in your personal account on our website. The effective date of cancellation will be based on the time we officially receive your request.
The refund amount depends on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled arrival date:
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Partial Cancellation: In case of cancellation made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking value will be refunded.
Late Cancellation: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, or in the event of a ‘No-show’
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the booking.
Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Should we be forced to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to offer the following alternatives:
Providing a comparable unit with similar specifications and at the same price.
A full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions.
We understand that unforeseen, compelling circumstances may prevent you from traveling. In special, documented cases, cancellation requests outside the aforementioned timeframe may be considered at the sole discretion of the SummerKeys management team.
