1. Cancellation Requests<\/h3>

All cancellation requests must be submitted via our official email or through the ‘My Bookings’ section in your personal account on our website. The effective date of cancellation will be based on the time we officially receive your request. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Cancellation Fees<\/h3>

The refund amount depends on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled arrival date:<\/p>

  • Free Cancellation<\/b>: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if the request is made at least 7 days <\/b>prior to the arrival date.<\/p><\/li>

  • Partial Cancellation<\/b>: In case of cancellation made at least 3 days<\/b> prior to the arrival date, 50% <\/b>of the total booking value will be refunded. <\/p><\/li>

  • Late Cancellation<\/b>: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours<\/b> prior to the arrival date, or in the event of a ‘No-show’ <\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    3. Refund Process<\/h3>

    • All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the booking.<\/p><\/li>

    • Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 <\/b>business days, depending on your bank’s policies. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      4. Cancellation by SummerKeys (Force Majeure)<\/h3>

      Should we be forced to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to offer the following alternatives: <\/p>

      • Providing a comparable unit with similar specifications and at the same price.<\/p><\/li>

      • A full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        5. Exceptions<\/h3>

        We understand that unforeseen, compelling circumstances may prevent you from traveling.
